Four days of incredible music, community, and celebration in beautiful Gallagher Park are coming soon. We’ll see you on the hill in a few short weeks! Some info and updates heading into August: * The Valley Line LRT is a great way to get to the festival this year, with stops at Strathearn near the South gate, and Muttart near the Main gate. ETS has plenty of parking available for LRT riders at Davies transit hub at 75 St and Wagner Road. There are also several lots available in the downtown area, and along the Metro and Capital lines, with rates and hours that may vary. Please note there is no bussed Park & Ride available from the University this year. The 2024 festival will see the return of the Reusable Plate Program! Need a quick refresher? You pay an extra $2 for your meal served on our plates. When you’re finished, return your plate to the Plate Return tent in the main food vendor row near Cloverdale Hall, and receive your $2 back. Plates are then washed and put back into rotation. The Reusable Plate Program is an essential part of our environmental policy and is designed to greatly reduce waste on site. All utensils, napkins, cups, etc will be compostable, and can be disposed of in the green compost bins and cup stackers on site. Please help us keep the site tidy, and divert waste from the landfill by sorting waste into the proper bins.
This year’s 50/50 Cash and Prizes Raffle opens for sales beginning July 29th. Last year’s 50/50 Jackpot reached $165,930, with the winner taking home more than $80,000 dollars – amazing! Your support means so much to us – with funds supporting programming and operations, the raffle helps to ensure the longevity and sustainability of the Festival.
