We are one week away! Please make sure you have contacted your coordinator if you were unable to make it to your meeting. A reminder that coordinators are responsible for your shift schedules, and we do not have that information at our office.
If your crew meeting has passed and you were unable to attend, badges are available for pick up at the festival office (10115 – 97a Ave) at the following times:
July 31 – 3-7pm
August 1 – 3-7pm
August 5 – 3-7pm
August 6 – 3-7pm
If you are not able to pick up your badge prior to the festival, they will be available at Volunteer Services on the festival site beginning at 1pm on Thurs, August 7.
The following crews have volunteer badges available to pick up. All other crews should contact their coordinator about how to pick up their badge. In most cases, you will receive your volunteer t-shirt from your coordinator at your first shift.
