Alternate Badge Pick Up Information

Hello Volunteers!

Please make every effort to head to your crew meeting – we will be distributing badges and t-shirts there first. The crew meeting calendar is here.

If you cannot make your crew meeting, make sure you contact your coordinator to get any information you may have missed (including your schedule), and to sign up for teardown, if applicable. If you do not have your coordinator’s information, please contact us at volunteers@efmf.ab.ca.

Coordinators are responsible for distributing any t-shirts not picked up at crew meetings. Plan to pick up your t-shirt at your first shift, or make alternate arrangements with your coordinator.

You can pick up your volunteer badge only from 3-7PM at the Festival Office (10115 97A Avenue) on the following dates:

Thursday, August 1st

Friday, August 2nd

Tuesday, August 6th

Wednesday, August 7th

Final pick up will be available at the Volunteer Services tent on Thursday, August 8th starting at 1PM (NO SOONER). We not recommend leaving it this late unless absolutely necessary, as it complicates matters for both Shuttle and Volunteer Gate.

*Please note that there are exceptions for some crews, particularly Admin, Admin Security, Stage and Video. Your packages will be available at your meetings and possibly at other times. Please contact your coordinator if you have questions about this.

Enviropower badges are available at the Festival Office any time during Box Office hours, and at the pick up dates above.
