I would like to be a volunteer.
The Festival is completed as soon as teardown is done! Congratualtions and thanks to all volunteers who, again, pitched in to make this Festival a tremendous success, something we can all be proud of! Now starts the de-brief process so we can learn by our experience and continue to help improve the Festival for next year.
2010 was a year of significant changes requiring flexibility from everyone:
A) Wednesday evening happened again and was artistic and financial (I'm told success)
B) Westin Hotel: This change worried a number of you. The hotel was so cooperative (and so close), I believe it worked very well. But I want your feedback.
C) Volunteer parking: This new location appeared to work extremely well. We would like to continue at this location with the support of the Oilers organization.
D) New location for North Gate lottery: We need to assess the effectiveness of this change done at the request of the CL Board.
Thanks to ongoing volunteers for your support of the Festival! To anyone who became a volunteer this year, you joined a fantastic crew of the best volunteers anywhere!
